Building Rentals and Event Requests
We are blessed with a beautiful, conveniently located building with an accompanying parking lot. Our building is a community asset shared with our neighbors — we like to think of ourselves as a big house in the neighborhood with lots of open rooms.
The spaces in our building available for rent include:
the Sanctuary space, equipped with a sound system and custom seating configuration, seats ~100 people
the Fireside Room, a meeting/dining space including a small kitchenette (adjacent to Sanctuary), seats ~40 people
the Chapel, a small, intimate chapel space that includes a piano, seats ~15
the Gym, full-length but not quite full-sized (ceilings are not basketball-friendly height)
While rental fees provide our church with necessary funds for building maintenance, heating/cooling, and upkeep of these spaces, value and benefit to the wider community remains a driving force for church rentals.
Our facility is available for a wide range of events: meetings, day-retreats, rehearsals, workshops, weddings, memorial services and celebrations of life. We have hosted volunteer groups for food packing in the Fireside Room, self-defense classes in the Sanctuary, support group meetings in the Chapel, pickleball in the Gym, and other creative uses for our various spaces.
